Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Michael J. Bonidie, MD, FACOG, Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, specializes in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and is the Director of Robotic Gynecology. Dr. Bonidie completed his undergraduate education in Biology at the University of Pittsburgh and remained there to obtain his MD degree. He completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Dr. Bonidie has special interests in minimally invasive endoscopic and robotic surgery of the female pelvis; tumors of the Uterus and Ovaries and Pelvic Organ prolapse and Urinary Incontinence. He also participates in an active NIH funded research program, the Pelvic Floor Disorders Network.
