Nicole Oshurak is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Magee-Womens Research Institute and Foundation (MWRIF). MWRIF is the largest research institute in the world focused exclusively on the health of women and infants, and home to world-class researchers who have devoted their careers to women’s health and reproductive biology.  Nicole oversees industry relationships, focusing on corporate sponsored research, technology transfer, and long-term partnerships that will expand the MWRIF brand and financially sustain the programs and research within both the research institute and Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC.
Prior to joining MWRIF in January 2017, Nicole was responsible for overseeing the development and growth of corporate partnerships for Allegheny Health Network, the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, and the American Cancer Society. Nicole has raised more than $20 million via corporate philanthropy, established prominent relationships between non-profit brands and Fortune 500 companies, and has been recognized as a Certified Fund Raising Executive by CFRE International. She holds a BSBA from Slippery Rock University and will complete her Masters of Public Policy and Management at the University of Pittsburgh in 2020.
